  • Directions + Warnings

    Adult Dosage:

    One to two tablets daily. Take 30-60 minutes before sleeping, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    Warnings:

    • In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing of the skin/eyes or unusual, fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
    • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. 

    Storage:

    Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

    • Magnesium (from magnesium orotate) 6.4 mg
    • Valerian (Valeriana officinalis extract 325 mg) equiv. dry root 1.3 g
    • Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 26.67 mg) equiv. dry flower 200 mg
    • China root (Poria cocos extract 10 mg) equiv. dry fruiting body 50 mg
    • Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra extract 12.5 mg) equiv. dry root & stolon 50 mg
    • Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract 10 mg equiv. dry root 50 mg

    Contains colouring & flavouring substances and tabletting aids.
