Directions + Warnings
Adult Dosage:

Two tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings:
- Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Storage:

Store below 25 °C in a cool, dry place.Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Allergen Information

Contains mollusc and sulphites. Also contains tabletting aids & colouring substances. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.
Ingredients
Each film coated tablet contains:
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5 mg
- Selenium (from selenomethionine) 35 mcg
- Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 7.5 mg
- Kangaroo (Macropus powder 10 mg) equiv. meat 1 gc 10 mg
- Oyster (Oyster powder 10 mg) equiv. oyster meat 60 mg
- Taurine 75 mg
- Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium sagittatum extract 75 mg) equiv. dry herb top 1.5 g
- Maca (Lepidium meyenii extract 150 mg) equiv. dry tuber 1.5 g.
