Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep contains magnesium to help support healthy muscle function and hops, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help calm the nerves and assist relaxation to support a natural restful sleep.
  • Healthy muscle function: formulated with magnesium to support normal muscle contraction and assist muscle function.
  • Gastrointestinal support: Lemon balm is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help calm the stomach as well as settle bloating and flatulence.

EACH TABLET CONTAINS:

  • HOPS (Humulus lupulus) extract equiv. dry fruit 500 mg
  • PASSIONFLOWER (Passiflora incarnata) extract equiv. dry flower & leaf 1.5 g
  • LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis) extract equiv. dry leaf 750 mg
  • MAGNESIUM (from magnesium citrate 324.88 mg) 52.50 mg
  • Also contains tabletting aids and colouring substances
No added lactose, egg, gluten, yeast, salt, artificial colours, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners. Suitable for vegetarians.

ADULT DOSAGE:

Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
