    Adult Dosage:

    One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    • Betacarotene 1 mg
    • Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) 200 mg

    Also contains colouring substances, flavouring substances and  tabletting aids.
