  • Directions + Warnings

    Adult Dosage:

    Add 1 level scoop (6 g) of powder in a cup, followed by 200 mL of room temperature water or juice, and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Can also be enjoyed blended into smoothies. Take once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.

    Warnings:

    • Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.
    • The recommended duration of use for this medicine must be limited to 3 months.
    • Adults only.
    • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

    Storage:

    Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Powder may settle prior to opening.
