DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS

Adult Dosage:

Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5 g) with 100 mL of water (or more water as desired). Take once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. 

Warnings:

  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
  • Not suitable for infants under the age of twelve months. 

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

  • Calcium (from calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate) 100 mg
  • Potassium (from dibasic potassium phosphate) 30 mg
  • Choline (from choline bitartrate) 24.98 mg
  • Inositol 24.98 mg
  • Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 80.25 mg) equiv. dry fruit 800 mg
  • Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata extract 50.25 mg) equiv. dry flower and leaf 500 mg
