Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium, Calcium + D3 is a premium quality formula which contains magnesium to support normal muscle function and energy production. DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS

Adult Dosage:

Two tablets, twice daily. Take during or immediately after a meal. or as directed by a healthcare professional.
