DIRECTIONS + WARNINGS

Adult Dosage:

One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.  

Warnings: 

  • If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or considering becoming pregnant, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.  
  • Biotin should be withheld for at least three days prior to any blood test. Advise your healthcare professional if you are taking biotin before a blood test.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
