Berry, Cacao and Banana Smoothie

Summer is officially here and smoothies are the perfect on-the-go, nutritious and refreshing snack! Here is a quick smoothie recipe that is sure to be a crowd favourite.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup frozen or fresh (ice cold) berry pieces
- 1 small fresh or frozen banana
- 150ml cow’s milk or milk alternative
- 150ml natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
- Optional: 1 sachet Swisse Ultivite Men’s Multivitamin + Superfood Blend or Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin + Superfood Blend
Method
- Add all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.
- Blend until combined and bubbly!
- Pour into a cold glass and enjoy.
